- We are happy to offer easy, no-hassle exchanges ONLY within 7 days of delivery.
- We DO NOT accept returns. Exchanges are accepted only on items that are in original condition with the original tags, and have not been altered, worn, washed, or damaged. This will be returned at the buyers expense
- Customer(s) will be responsible for shipping & handling fee(s) to and from our facility in regards to exchanges(s) of any kind.
- We inspect all items and reserve the right to deny an exchange based on the returned condition(s).
- Customer(s) will be granted 1 exchange per transaction, after an exchange has been made, that garment becomes FINAL SALE.
- Please do not ship items back to us that have been worn and/or have stains on them as we will not be able to process your exchange.
- We strongly recommend that you insure the package in case of lost or damaged shipment(s) and/or consider purchasing tracking and/or delivery confirmation, as we are only able to make an exchange on merchandise we receive.
- We cannot be responsible for lost times being returned to us.

WHAT IS HERJUNCTION.COM’S INTERNATIONAL POLICY?
We accept exchange only for all International orders. Shipping charges start at $25.00 and increase depending on the total weight of the item/s. Recipient is responsible for all duties/ taxes/fees.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR US CUSTOMERS ONLY?
1. Pack your stuff securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.
2. Be sure to include your original packing slip with your exchange. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the packing slip, just include your order number, billing name & address, and exchange reason on a piece of paper.
3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries. It is recommended that you use any traceable & insurable shipping service for your return. Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
4. LATE RETURNS: Item return must be recieved by our office by 5:00pm EST on the 7 days after your package has been delivered to you. The delivery time is noted by the day the post office indicate that they have delivered the item. Late returns after 7 days cannot be accepted and may be returned to you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY EXCHANGE ?
We want you to receive your exchange ASAP! You can expect your exchange to process within approximately 14 business days of us receiving your merchandise.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE IS A SHIPPING ERROR?
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or sent an incorrect item, we will gladly replace that item within 7 days. Please indicate that the wrong item was shipped on the Returns Slip and send it back for an exchange.
WHAT WILL IT COST ME TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
